1991Alsace: Purchase of Arthur Metz ; one of the key players in the Alsatian vineyards and the leading producer of Crémant d’Alsace.
Beaujolais: Purchase of Quinson
1994Bordeaux: Purchase of Louis Eschenauer, a long-established Bordeaux domain founded by a wine-grower from Alsace in 1921
1999Creation of the 2nd French brand: Grand Sud: A range of single grape varieties from Southern France, the outcome of a long term partnership between our winemakers and the winegrowers of Languedoc and Gascogne, selected for their know-how.
2003Languedoc: Purchase of Domaine de la Baume
2004Loire: Establishment in the vineyards of the Nantes region and in Anjou
2006Bordeaux: Purchase of Dulong Frères et Fils, a family establishment since 1873.
2007Bordeaux: Purchase of Calvet enabling the Group to secure more resources and means to achieve its new objective: to become the leading brand of Bordeaux wines in the world.
2008Establishment abroad with the founding of Weinkellerei Hechtsheim.
